Hi I’m a mother of one daughter had a VERY short relationship broke up a few weeks into my Pregnancy so I done my pregnancy alone. Long story short my daughter has my surname and her dad wants her name changed so it’s Double-barrelled. As I don’t agree he’s taking it to court. Bare in mind He has a criminal record and is involved with drugs and is a massive control freak. Any advice or experiences of this and is he likely to gain this. Thanks
