Twitter newbie- how do I search for a post?

I’ve got to the ripe old age of (cough ) without ‘doing’ Twitter! Well I did open an account in 20-0 but didn’t actually do anything about it.

But this year I’ve begun!

So someone has referred to a post , it’s likely to be from at least 6 months ago and this person has a LOT of posts. Please tell em there is a speedy way of searching for it??

Thanks

I'm bumping this for you and I have a very similar question, is it possible to flip a person's tweets?

The person I follow has made 36,000 tweets and I know it's one of her first I'm looking for.

Please can someone help 2 twitter novices? Smile

if it's 36,000 tweets and you're looking for one of the first from that account, you won't find it -- you can only see a person's most recent 3,200 tweets

@wineoclockthanks Thankyou , glad I’m not the only one!
