How much for a sun room/orangery?

Hi,

Just wondered (ball park) how much a sun room extention is? Not 100% sure of dimentions yet, but maybe 4 x 6, that kind of size.

Our neighbours had an orangery built and the garden landscaped at the same time. It’s quite a large one and has underfloor heating, proper brick walls, but no bifold doors. I believe the whole thing, including the garden design, was around £30,000.
