Crap ordered from amazon but forgot to change address!!!

So it's being sent to my old address. I have redirected my post (guessing this will include parcels 😬) and I have tried contacting seller but cannot edit/change the order on Amazon it hasn't even even dispatched yet!! Help!!

Only royal mail stuff gets redirected. If they use Amazon logistics, Hermes, Yodel or anyone like that, it wont redirect.
