Hi folks, so I know this will probably sound a bit crazy but I am a complete germaphobe and the last few days my panic and anxiety has been going into overdrive. I am so terrified of myself or my kids getting sick before Christmas. I can’t stop disinfecting things and dont want to go too near folk in case I get germs. I’m a nervous wreck about kids being at school and nursery.
I know it’s probably ott and I feel stupid but at the same time I can’t help how I feel. Can someone talk me down or offer any words of wisdom? This is such a full on week and with Christmas next week too I just want to lock myself in a dark room and not see anyone
