Hermes contact number

Hi, I've tried searching but can't access a real person by phone. I returned a parcel to hobbycraft via Hermes THREE weeks ago and hobbycraft still haven't received it. Tracking says that Hermes still have it. Three bloody weeks!

Does anyone have a phone number for them please?

I genuinely don’t think there is one. I had a ‘signed for’ parcel go missing that definitely wasn’t signed for and I couldn’t get in touch with ANYONE. The company refunded me but I searched and searched and couldn’t find a working number.

Try live chat. Might be of some help, but I seriously doubt it.

Always use the live chat with Hermes. It's on their contact us page, its like a little winged message which pops up at the bottom right when live chat is online. It means you can screenshot the conversation once you've talked to them so they cant backtrack later on.

Thank you. Hobbycraft received it back over3 weeks ago and have now issued a refund after I phoned them again today. Ridiculous.
