What do I want for Christmas? Starting mat leave at the end of Dec

As the title says really, theres not really anything that I want right now. Trying to plan ahead as money will be tighter than usual. What do I wish for?

Good travel mug to keep drinks hot.

Good coat for long walks with the pram, also good boots/shoes.

Book tokens, Netflix subscription, Amazon voucher if you have a kindle

I’m in the same boat - have asked for vouchers (clothing, yoga, nails/hair) as I know money will be tighter next year. Also asked for tops and cardigans for nursing

Try and ask for vouchers if you can, especially if you don't really need anything just now. Prime your best friend/DH/mum.

I'm in a similar position - I have asked for some vouchers for clothes shops I like so I can refresh my wardrobe after baby is born

A kindle; yy to travel mug; small cross body handbag for just purse/keys when out with pram & baby bag.

Pyjama bottoms with pockets (great for putting phone etc in when carrying baby)

Kindle with back light for night feeds

Fancy nappy bag - something nice you’d not buy yourself...

You may spend quite a lot of time in cafes so maybe vouchers you can use there. Work gave me £100 John Lewis vouchers when I went on mat leave. It all got spent in the cafe on tea and cake 🙂

Small cross body bag big enough to carry said travel mug for times when you only have one hand free as carrying baby and also want to pick up a plate of sandwiches and not have to do 2 trips.

I got boots vouchers from work - all spent on baby milk and nappies. Glad of the support, but could have used them to treat myself instead.
