A few months ago I sprained my back. Had some warning signs before it went. Past week I have felt the same. Twinges and just feel it’s going to go again. Trying not to take painkillers, but have heat pad which is fab. Worried about work, as I’m a nurse but will try and avoid heavy lifting. Any tips? It was awful when it sprained last time, 3 weeks off work, reduced mobility and unable to complete daily tasks. Been trying to keep mobile though!
