O2 Arena London

I was wondering if anyone has any experience of going to a concert at the 02 in London.
DD (13) really wants to go to the Melanie Martinez concert for her Christmas.
I would take her down and go with her, however I've had a wee look and the tickets available say no under 14's in that area.
Are they strict with ages, will they ask for ID?
We are travelling a fair distance so don't want to waste money if she wouldn't be allowed in!

Just to say it's on at Brixton Academy not the arena. Under 14s are allowed in the seats at Brixton but not in the stalls. Not sure if the check ID.

The only tickets available now are stalls. Don't think it's worth the chance with so much expense involved.
