Just been diagnosed and it hurts! obviously I’m not going out (bye bye Star Wars) but any other tips?

I had recurring bouts til a colleague recommend allicin (I think that's the spelling...) as a high dose supplement - it might be a coincidence, but since taking it, the shingles hasn't returned.

Take it as easy as you can - that always seemed to make it go faster (though it can last for months Sad) : did the doctor give you anything?

Poor you. I dont know the exact spelling either but the medication you mentioned does work! Take painkillers and rest, its bloody horrible.
