You are probably pregnant. But just on the edge of when hcg is high enough for those digital tests to read. Even if you have a miscarriage, it can take weeks for a test to show negative. Cramps are also normal unless they are severe.

but why would i get a positive then a negative my cramps aren’t really bad and they are on and off

Do you know how many days past ovulation you are? Or how many days early/late your period would be if it arrived?

It could be that your urine was less concentrated this morning, or that the test you took this morning was a dud. The only thing you can do is wait and do another test.

Clear Blue Digital are really unreliable. Its normal for hcg concentrations in your urine to fluctuate in the early stages depending on how concentrated it is, a really big drink of water can dilute it enough for a Clear Bkue to not detect a high enough level.

Maybe try again with a normal pregnancy test?

I had really bad cramps in early pregnancy. I didn't do a test until I was a week late because every day that week the cramps made me think my period was coming imminently Smile so try not to worry too much about those.
Good luck OP!
