Argh, I always screw this up every year, so this year I want to be prepared and do it right.

Who do you give a Xmas tip or present to and how much/what?
I’m thinking, based on some googling I’ve just done
Cleaner - 1 weeks wages - I’m confident in this one.
Dog walker - a box of naice biscuits?
Gardener - biscuits again
Dog groomer? - no idea, do I have to?
Windowcleaner - £5? But I won’t see him till Jan now
Postman - £5 if I see him
Bin man - £5 (but there always seems to be an army of them and they move fast!)
Hairdresser - my normal 10% of total cost of haircut
Babysitter - £5 extra and a gift?

Does that sound about right? Or am I being stingy?

I give my cleaner £50 for Christmas, £10 to postman if I see him, ditto to Tesco delivery driver delivering on 23rd. I don't see my gardeners in winter so don't tip them, don't have a dog or child/ren etc.
