Popping ankle

I’m not sure if this is allowed on here but I twisted my ankle tonight and fell over. It’s a bit uncomfortable but not major pain. Although when I twist it or move it back and forward it’s making the loudest popping noise without actually clicking. It wasn’t like this before. Should I been concerned ??

Not sure anyone here can help you OP -though that sounds unfortunate! I'd just call 111 or see an out of hours doctor /visit a walk in.

If you're waiting until the morning get some ice on it and keep it up if its swelling but I'd just go and get it checked. You could be making it worse walking on it/moving it about!

Hmm my ankle clicks when I walk. Every step and I think it's a bit like a cracking knuckle with the gas dispersing each time. But since you went over it tonight I think I would get it seen to.
