DD did a really bad smelling poo an hour or so ago, didn’t smell like normal poo I can’t really explain it. I remember when my son had rotavirus the smell was horrific, just worries it’s similar to that, so what I’m wondering as I can’t remember, is what is the first symptom? Would I notice the foul smell before the bad stomach comes? As she seems fine now
