When you order an Uber does your request go to the nearest driver or a driver who gets to accept first regardless of whether they are the closest ?

Goes to whoever is in a certain radius and the First driver to accept gets it

Thanks. Frustratingly the one who accepted the job was 15 mins away where I think others were closer !
