Feel bad for littering

Ds wasn’t well yesterday and needed a nap so quickly put him in buggy (I mention this as was rushing so didn’t clip the basket bit underneath) grabbed keys and went

He fell asleep and I was trying to recline seat so wasn’t watching the pavement and went through some really nasty dog mess
Tried to go through puddles but it wasn’t coming off or on grass so I got some tissues in my pockets and wiped if off as it was getting in the wheel guard otherwise and tbh it was making me feel ill
I had nowhere to put the tissues so put them on the grass verge (no bin anywhere nearby and I wasn’t going to walk around with them it was disgusting)
Someone walking past said to me ‘you can get fined for that !’ But I said there’s dog mess everywhere what am I meant to do ??

I feel bad for leaving them there but I didn’t have anywhere to put them. I went back later with a nappy bag but they’d blown away I assume
I will take wipes etc with me next time I go out as I noticed there’s dog mess absolutely everywhere 🤢
