Hermes parcel issues

Does anyone know where you can contact them when they're saying something has been delivered when it has not been, or at least not to where is what supposed to be! I can't find anything about this on their website, or contact details. It might be that I'm being blind. There's even a "signature", which is literally a cross.

I’ve had issues with them before. Couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money. In the end I went through the company I ordered the item from. They kindly contacted hermes

I phoned th yesterday... Was directed by them to call the sender of the parcel, who then contact Hermes.

I've had this from them close to the end of the due day when they haven't made it in time.. it either turned up later that evening or the following morning. Think the driver did it to avoid getting in trouble! I'd already emailed them in the meantime I think!

Thanks all. Think I will contact the seller in that case. They claim it was delivered Monday.

Hermes are terrible in my area. I have always contacted the seller as I believe it is up to them to chase the parcel (you can't contact Hermes because everything is automated- you just get the answer which is on the system e.g 'your parcel has been delivered'). In the end my parcel has either turned up much later or I have been refunded.

I’m having the opposite issue, they keep delivering parcels that I haven’t ordered.

I ordered ONE set of GHD’s, they arrived opened and damaged. I arranged an exchange through John Lewis, Hermes delivered a second set but wouldn’t take the first set. I contacted John Lewis again and Hermes delivered a third set - to my neighbour!! Didn’t even knock on my door.

So now I’ve 3 sets of GHD’s and have to try and arrange the return of 2!!! If I get a 4th set they can fuck right off.

(I’ve only been charged for ONE set!)

Itsnotmessitsashithole Sorry, but that really made me It's like something out of a sitcom. I'd keep a spare set for myself, and let the neighbour have the other set!

Well FuckingBUTTER the good news is, no extra delivery today. The bad news is still no collection. I’m 3 sets up still

If they don’t collect by next Friday, I’m donating them as suggested

Oh lord, hope you’re not one of my buyers, I had an absolute nightmare with Hermes last week with nothing being delivered on time.

Try emailing [email protected] - I can't remember how I found the email address because it took an awful lot of effort, but I did get a response both times I sent a complaint in. Hermes are such a pain, I've been kept waiting all day for a parcel that was due before 11am today with no updates on the tracking page

For the first time ever, I've had this. I launched a case with EBay and eBay told me to contact Hermes 😡😡 Hermes say they delivered my parcel (no signature) at midnight so EBay say I have the parcel 😡😡😡😡😡
Who the fuck accepts a parcel at midnight??? Not me, it's 3 hours past my bedtime!
EBay won't shift on it and say I have to contact Hermes even though I can't and the seller has no incentive to.
Can you tell I'm livid about this? 🤔

Hermes have a live chat function on their website. It is only available when they are online, which is usually during the normal working day so try that on their contact us page tomorrow.

They are a nightmare, they just don’t deliver to our area. Full stop. They make every excuse in the book. The last was that a small package was “too big and had to be passed on to our specialist courier”. I had the same message 3x until I had to cancel the order with the original company
I now have to ask which courier companies use and can’t shop on line if they use Hermes. I don’t understand why reputable companies use them, there are so many tales of disaster🙈🙈🙈
