Forgive me if a thread has already been started on this but I’m shocked that considering recent events, someone charged with a sex crime can still hide behind an injunction.

Surely if you’ve already paid off two people it’s some sort of admittance of guilt and now you’re hiding behind your money!

Mr,. Ordinary would not be able to claim successfully, as this person has, that publishing his identity would harm his wellbeing! It seems parts of the justice system are for sale.

The justice system needs an overhaul. What about the wellbeing of his victims?

The wellbeing of victims is secondary to the wellbeing of the rich. Always.

I asked on an older thread where I could look to see any clues about who this is ..I find it absolutely shameful that he has been given the protection he has for the reasons given .

TheGirlFromStoryville · 12/12/2019 06:29

I saw this yesterday. Aghast that he can buy anonymity so readily when an 'ordinary' person would have no such option.

(One possible name of Mr X came straight to mind but obvs can't speculate on here.)
