Stuck in Prague

In Prague for another 24hr and stuck as what to do.
We've done all the tourist trap stuff. The Christmas Markets were massively underwhelming.
Any ideas? We need to waste a few hours tomorrow before we fly back to UK.

Eat? Gallery? Eat more? Chill in Starbucks and take a walk?

Get a train to another city. I got stuck in Bratislava once, hated it, got a train to Budapest, best thing I've ever done. A quick Google will tell you best cities that are close enough.

Have you been to the castle and the TV tower? Both fab. Especially TV tower at night.

Beer Geek and U Sadu for drinks and great food!

Do one of the free City walks.. The 2nd World War walk was amazing.

Have you been to the opera? Had a hot chocolate at the Cafe Louvre? Been on the funicular up the hill? There are cinemas if you get stuck, the films are normally in English with Czech subtitles.

Have you been to the museum of communism (or something like that)? Interesting wee place, and I'm sure it was free when we went there.

Head to the shopping center in Andel? Easily accessible by transit. There are some lovely bars and restaurants there as well - one bar had skittles alleys in the basement you could play.

If you wanted to venture outside of the city I recommend Kutna Hora and it's bone church. Spectacular.

If you want any tips let me know. Normally head out about twice a year.

The castle site is amazing, we spent a whole day up there. The walk up there is fantastic on cobbled streets and lots of little shops. We loved that part of the city, hated the rest.

Castle is great and the zoo. Lots of great city tours there too!

What about a Puppet show?

We went to the Bohemia bagel shop for elevenses one day and saw Yoko Ono. Not saying you will be as lucky but the food was nice!
