Problem with train ticket

Can anyone help?!

I bought 2 train tickets for my DDs, via the Trainline app. I won't be travelling with them. My problem is I booked this tickets on my phone, and as I don't normally use the Trainline app on phone, it used an old email address as guest log in. In order to send the tickets to DD's mobile I need to access the etickets- which I can't as I can't log in to old email account.

Short of just giving DD my phone for the two weeks she's away, is there any other we can access the tickets? Would a station be able to print them out?

If you have a reference number & the card used to buy the tickets, you should be able to get paper versions from any station ticket machine.

Yeah you can print them out, or she can download the app and you can give her your login details for the app.

If you open up the ticket on the app (go to view ticket) and then press options, you should get a pop up menu including “send ticket”

If you can see the tickets on the app just screenshot it and send it.

In order to send her the ticket I need to know my old log in details - I don't Sad

I wasn't sure whether I could collect at station if I selected print at home, but I'll try that later thanks.

I did wonder if taking a screenshot would work - I will ask at the station for all possible options. Thanks for your replies, I just wanted to check that there may be a solution before trekking to the station!

If you're on an iPhone your login details will be saved in your keychain.

A screenshot will work. I always screenshot tickets brought on my phone in case they won’t load when I need to use them!

Screen shot the ticket, send the photo. It’s a bar code or qr code.
