Can I return these earrings?

I know normally earrings are non returnable, but I bought a pair on Etsy and they aren’t the same as in the listing picture. They’re wire wrapped round stones and on the listing there is a single thick silver wire round each stone, but the ones I received have a double strand of thinner wire and they don’t look as good. Am I entitled to a refund?

It may depend on the description. Does it say something about handmade items and therefore may vary from picture shown etc?

It sounds as though they are quite different so it's probably worth asking. I find sellers on Etsy really good usually.

Distance selling act would apply so within 14 days of purchase - yes

Even more so as they aren’t what was pictured and in effect misold
