Photograph restoration recommendation please.

My mum has s lovely picture of me and my siblings as kids but it’s moth eaten and dog eared.
I want to have it restored, can you recommend an app or on line service or simple way of doing it?
Max Speilman on the high street wants £40 for this one tiny picture!
Is this about right price wise?

Do you have a Fuji shop nearby? I brought a very old photo in there and got print and several copies for less than a tenner, was very pleased with the result. But the price would vary according to the amount of time needed so each photo be quoted individually.
