Hi can anyone please help me understand the below x

Is the parcel being delivered to your house or are you collecting it from Argos?

I've had a message to say yodel will deliver it to mine today between 1.45 and 3.45

Can you pop a note on your door asking them to deliver to a neighbour? Yodel call centre agents can sometimes (almost every time in my experience) be unhelpful.

Honey, your parcel will come between 1.45 and 3.45 (or that’s the plan anyway). If you need to nip out to get the kids during that time you could leave a wee note on the door with instructions? Ie “leave parcel with neighbour” or “leave parcel in shed/porch/behind the hedge” - whatever suits you best. Personally, I wouldn’t change the delivery day because chances are you’ll always have to be out at one time or another and they can’t condense the time down to anymore than they already have - so they can’t accommodate you requesting not to deliver at the time you have to get the kids.

For what it’s worth though, that customer assistant you chatted to really was hard to make sense of.
