Secret Santa gift ideas, £20

I need some inspiration.
We all buy a random gift in my office, no names, totally random, with a £20 budget.
We are all women, between ages of 26-65! I'm finding it tricky to think of something everyone would like, I can't buy wine because a few don't drink, or chocolate due to allergies.

Any other ideas? (Other than wine/chocs/candles)
