Pastry sheet/tart ideas

Hello

I've bought some ready to roll puff pastry and was going to do one of those tart things where you roll it out, put toppings on and Chuck in the oven.

I'm not sure what to put on it though, just looking for some ideas please

Don't let the person who started the thread complaining that people had bought all the puff pastry and there was none available on Ocado see this.

Tonight I topped puff pastry with sundried tomato paste, sliced tomatoes and capers. When I didn't have to cook for a vegan I used to top it with pesto, sliced tomatoes and mozzarella.

Sausage, mustard, apple and red onion!
