How sore is this going to be?

I’m fine, no need for professional help, but I had a bit of a clatter to the head today.

I was lying prostrate on the ground photographing my dog - he was running towards me, got distracted by another dog in the distance and ran full speed into my head.

Very sore at the time (for me, he seemed fine) and I could feel my bones rattle.

Now I have a vague ache in one shoulder and neck.

Am I going to be stiff as a board tomorrow? Anything I can do to limit it?

I'd have a hot bath. Heat usually helps ease muscle aches.

Got bath then anti inflammatories tomorrow. Although sometimes you think something will hurt and it actually doesn’t. I did a flip down a flight of stairs in my house and apart from some mild bruising I was surprisingly ok (unless I knelt down as my knees got a good clatter!) I remember lying at the bottom
In a heap thinking ‘am I ok?’

You will probably be ok, maybe a bit tender. I am the most clumsy person going and find that it’s the things you don’t remember/consider that cause aches!

Had one hot bath already. Will perhaps have another later.

A wee bump indeed! (Sorry OP) see how you go overnight with ibuprofen and a hot bath. If you have trouble with your memory or feel weird give 111 a call although not sure they do much with concussion other than not drive or do anything that needs a clear head. Hope you get better soon.
