6 month sleep

My DD is almost 6 month old. Felt like I totally cracked the whole naps through the did thing. She normally wakes at 7am then has a 2-3 hour naps at about 9:30 am, then usually 2 30 minute naps on the afternoon, then she is usually ready for bedtime between 7:30 and 8. The past week she has started refusing her naps, waking crying after 15 minutes and is difficult to get back down. She does have 2 teeth coming through the bottom and seems to be struggling with this.
Anyone else had this?

Have you given her some calpol to see if it is pain keeping her awake. Does she seem tired? It could be that she is dropping a nap now.

Yeah we give her calpol over a day or 2 but didn’t want to give it constant so we’ve been giving her teething gel. She does seem tired, rubbing her eyes/becoming fussy etc.
I think she is starting to drop her 5pm nap.

Remember you can give baby Nurofen too and alternate the paracetamol and ibuprofen if you really need to.

I would say for six months that seems like a lot of day sleep and a late bedtime. I would make bedtime much earlier at 1830 and drop her late afternoon nap.
