Question about the 48 hour rule for D&V

It's hit us. I was last sick about 4am this morning. However I feel fucking horrific. Still getting strong waves of nausea although not as strong as they were.

Does the 48 hour rule still apply to the last bout of sickness despite potentially feeling utter horrendous 12+ hours later?

It does, yes. It's normal to feel a bit rough and delicate even after the vomiting has finished.

Thanks. 👍👍

I work with sick kids and I really don't want to pass it on.

Its 48h from last episode of D or V.

Doesn't necessarily mean you'll be 100% "back to normal" 48 hours afterwards though. Can take some people a while to bounce back.
