Where can I get a Christmas duvet cover for a teenager

So I want something bright colourful but not babyish. Saw this www.marksandspencer.com/christmas-fairisle-bedding-set/p/p60286202
But reviews say it's very stiff even after washing so not cosy. Need a double size.

Any suggestions???

Dunelm?

AntsDeck · 08/12/2019 12:59

Wilkos have some lovely cosy ones and my teen DS has given his the nod of approval Smile

BlouseAndSkirt · 08/12/2019 13:07

Get a cushion cover or throw? That can be used year round.

My teenager would be outraged by the environmental impact of cheap bedding for one off or occasional use.

Thanks for the ideas.

I was in the Range yesterday and they had loads of sets of
Christmas bedding in varying sizes

ItsChristmaaaaaaaaas · 08/12/2019 13:54

How Christmassy - red or Santa?

PrettyShiningPeople · 08/12/2019 15:05

Do you really want a duvet cover that can only be used 4 weeks of the year?

Overseasmom100 · 08/12/2019 15:06

Yes I do.
And as his room is grey a nice red colourful one.

Groupon

The George @ ASDA brushed cotton ones are amazingly soft. They have lots of Xmas & winter themes.

VanCleefArpels · 08/12/2019 15:11

Amazon has loads

helpfulperson · 08/12/2019 17:19

Ok you might want a duvet that can only be used for 4 weeks but does your teenager. I would presume by that age they are choosing which cover they want to put on out of those available.

Holdingtherope · 08/12/2019 17:21

I got my teens really fluffy ones for the winter that they love. You can get them on amazon in a Christmassy red

pusspuss9 · 08/12/2019 17:22

not sure I'd go for one with a Christmas theme as you can only use it for a few weeks.

I'd go for a Bassetti like design .. I think they have a sale on now..

Primary!

I mean primark

ExpletiveFairylighted · 08/12/2019 17:26

We use ours all winter so its not wasteful. Brushed cotton from Asda, red and white.

calamityjam · 08/12/2019 17:27

My teen and preteen both asked for fleece "teddy" bedding sets. My dd16 has just messaged me that Wilkos have them in, as do Dunhelm and many others

Floralnomad · 08/12/2019 17:29

Julian Charles do lovely bedding at reasonable prices and they do wash and last well .

DookofBust · 08/12/2019 17:31

Ponden Mill have got some fairly neutral ones. Single size was only £8. Pure cotton.

Ours come out with the Xmas decs every year, 1st Dec to 6th Jan. Love it! 🎄

Teen DD’s old one was five years old and a bit young for her these days, new one bought, old one passed onto a grandchild of a woman at work.

WildCherryBlossom · 09/12/2019 10:39

John Lewis has a brushed cotton one in a large red and white tartan style check. It looks Christmassy but would do for the whole winter.
