I need inspiration. Everyone keeps asking me and I can only think of clothes which I’d prefer to buy myself. Confused

I'm looking at a Garmin fitness watch (vivoactive three). It would be a present to myself as I'm a widow and the kids are teens (so don't have the money). But I'll wait see if it goes on sale after Christmas.

Ooh I’ve not thought of anything like that but it’s a good call.

Cashmere socks
Molten brown body scrub and moisturiser
Gucci guilty perfume
New gym gear or vouchers
Tattoo gift vouchers

Lindt selection box Smile

How about an Echo Dot? New coat? Boots? Bag? Or money to put towards one of these items?

Personally, I would like a Moka coffee pot that's bigger than my existing one (so I can make more than one cup at a time!)

I was going to say a lovely day with my family but l don't think that's what you were going for

Floralnomad · 07/12/2019 22:19

I would like a Dora sheep draught excluder , vouchers for the riding school I go to and a couple of specific cook books . I know that ds will buy me loads of molten brown and L’Occitane , he keeps me stocked all year .

Books (fiction); posh shampoo and conditioner; expensive dark chocolate.

Pinkarsedfly · 07/12/2019 22:31

New pyjamas.
Some silver stacking bracelets from Bella Jane or ChloBo.
New books.
Scented candles. Not Yankee though.
Decent chocolate.
Some Winter Solstice Whittaker’s Gin.
Seeds.
A greenhouse heater.

Sleep.

Strokethefurrywall · 07/12/2019 23:01

Random, but Tommy Bahama beach chairs for the weekends.

There is absolutely nothing else I want or need which I'm bloody grateful for!

Smelborp · 08/12/2019 14:04

Yes I like books, but am out of sync with good fiction. Gardening is my hobby and I have pretty much every gardening book so far Smile. Maybe wellies as mine have a hole in, but good wellies cost a lot.

I have a lot of cosmetics, it tends to be a back up gift people get me. I’ve still got them from last year. 🤔

Gin is a good call and maybe seeds too. Chocolate and coffee are both good ideas!

I wish I could get sleep as a present 😂

Maybe art supplies. I’ve got lots of those too though.

Tommy Bahama beach chairs Look fun, but perhaps a little far down for me. We have wanted some sun loungers but why’re too pricey too.

We’re redoing our garden ourselves but asking for some lawn edging would just be weird.

I live in the Caribbean so beach chairs are a must! I've lived here 12 years and I just never got round to getting them!

DH and I take the boys to kayak/snorkel at the brake on early Sunday mornings so a comfy chair with my coffee is necessary! 😁
