Original plan was to see Matilda but unfortunately financially that hasn’t worked out

I’ll have a 10yo & 17yo and both want to do something Christmassy

I know they’ll be a load of stuff on but not sure where is best! We’re in Islington/Hackney boarder

Tia!

Ice skating rink over the river in Greenwich in the grounds of the National Maritime Museum.

Winter Wonderland (heard it can be pricey and/or packed though) at Hyde Park

London Transport Museum in Covent Garden put on Christmas events I think (they used to, but I haven't been in years)

Gingerbread City and ice-skating at Somerset House - miles cheaper than Matilda! First day it's open so the gingerbread will be nice and fresh and spicy!

My son is going to london tomorrow and skating at Wonderland and Natural History Museum is sold out but they found somewhere. They are going to Winter Wonderland, skating and to see the lights on Oxford St plus a meal somewhere.
