This seems to be a recommended and popular board game.

There are loads of different versions - which one one you recommend?

No help but I've been wondering the same!

The London one is a good one to start with - quicker to play and more straightforward than many of the others.

The original USA one.
I also like the Pennsylvania version, Europe is ok too.
UK is beautiful...but I struggle to play, as the mechanism is harder Blush

Love the Europe one

NotMeNoNo · 06/12/2019 21:55

We have the Europe one, it's great. We don't bother with the tunnel across the sea rule.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 06/12/2019 21:58

Yes the Europe one is good, although the tunnels are a pain.

Blueuggboots · 06/12/2019 21:59

I've only played the original USA one and love it!

Love the USA one

AShaveAndAHarecutHalfPrice · 06/12/2019 22:31

I loved Europe but hated the UK version.

BestIsWest · 06/12/2019 22:32

Never played it but have just bought the Europe one for DD’s DP. Didn’t know there was a London one.

etluxperpetua · 06/12/2019 22:34

It's a great game. USA and Europe both fab. We don't play the tunnel rule either.

permanentlyfrazzled1 · 06/12/2019 23:59

We played the Europe version this afternoon for about the millionth time this year, and have bought another version for Christmas: can’t remember which one, but it’s double-sided and has added boat journeys on one side, and travel around a load of lakes on the other side, or something like that. We all love it - two adults, two teen boys and two primary-aged girls - and all of us have won at some point. We do tend to get rather competitive over it 🥴

USA and Europe to start
