Quite fancy a live thread.

Get Brexit done... Get Brexit done.... like a stuck record.

JC has no answers. He doesn’t know what he will do re Brexit, he doesn’t address the anti Semite issue. Who is the person clapping every time Corbyn says very little.

Boris is right. Who is going to go to the EU from Labour and talk about a new deal??

BillywigSting · 06/12/2019 21:27

I used to go to the pub with the singer from half man half biscuit, top bloke!

whistles... there is nothing better in life than writing on the sole of your slipper with a biro...

NextdoorNeighbourIsATwat · 06/12/2019 21:28

I wonder if either of them are going to pop into MN to chat to us?

Remember last time, when JC totally fucked up? Answered a question about jam and didn't answer any of our proper questions. I can imagine that after that, they've both been advised to give us a wide berth.

tabulahrasa · 06/12/2019 21:30

“As IF he is still defending the bus.”

I know!!! What was that?

TheQueef · 06/12/2019 21:30

He only stayed 20 minutes.

Well that was exciting ...

Chillyegg · 06/12/2019 21:31

I’d love it it if Harry hill just jumped on blew a whistle and shouted fight, while Corbyn and bojo wrestle in mud.
On a serious note I think it’s genuinely helped me decide my vote and it’s definitely not bojo

LemonGingerCakes · 06/12/2019 21:31

Are there bots on this thread Hmm?

OP posts:
ginghambox · 06/12/2019 21:33

Points win for Boris.
No doubt the bias BBC momentum bots will be along shortly.

DerektheWonderdog · 06/12/2019 21:34

I saw Half Man Half Biscuit 80000 years ago. Isn't it a bit odd that on a (now) massive sire, at least 5 of us have seen HMHB?

mynameiswah · 06/12/2019 21:34

@LemonGingerCakes

who do think are bots?

DerektheWonderdog · 06/12/2019 21:35

Billy was in the Half Moon pub?

DerektheWonderdog · 06/12/2019 21:36

mynameiswah I was going to say that. I haven't seen any 'bot' like posts?

tabulahrasa · 06/12/2019 21:38

“Isn't it a bit odd that on a (now) massive sire, at least 5 of us have seen HMHB?”

If it helps balance it out, I have no clue who they even are, to start with I thought it was some weird nickname for JC...

LemonGingerCakes · 06/12/2019 21:38

Maybe it’s just me, but (some of in case I’ve missed something) the names with numbers seem so much more gushing that the other measured responses (on either side). Sorry if I’m wrong.

slipperywhensparticus · 06/12/2019 21:41

They bleat about the tampon tax because they wilfully get it wrong "Gordon brown taxed tampons" actually Gordon Brown had to tax them so he reclassified them as a luxury item so the tax was 5% not 20% because Gordon Brown was a smart man who would have made a good steady long term prime minister

And he was right about that woman she was a bigot

John1971 · 06/12/2019 21:45

Corbyn is far more eloquent and actually seemed to make a decent attempt at answering. Johnson flounders with anything even a fraction off script which is why he continually comes back to Get Brexit etc etc etc

derek Once or twice but also the pilgrim in Liverpool

ginghambox · 06/12/2019 21:46

YouGov snap poll, Boris 52, Jeremy 48.

tadpole39 · 06/12/2019 21:52

I don’t believe Johnson didn’t know about the resignation of the us envoy because she couldn’t repeat lies about brexit. He wasn’t challenged enough about islamaphobia or his own culpability in the violence that followed his words. Johnson completely lost it when he had to answer the question about lying, burbled endlessly. Thought Corbyn was much better.

tabulahrasa · 06/12/2019 21:54

“Johnson completely lost it when he had to answer the question about lying, burbled endlessly.”

He treated it like a joke tbh, oh ha ha, they should crawl etc... Angry

slipperywhensparticus · 06/12/2019 22:19

Re the you gov poll I was not asked anything political today at all I've made it clear in the past I dont support boris perhaps that's why they want to know what movie I've been to see and how I parent

itsgettingweird · 06/12/2019 22:21

I'm a labour supporter but never been a JC fan.

However this evening I think he came across well and explain his rationale (whether you agree with it or not he could quantify and qualify his reasons)

BJ just repeated we have a deal ready to go on jan 31st.

LemonGingerCakes · 06/12/2019 22:22

I do yougov polls. I wasn’t asked - I wonder what their criteria is? I don’t understand why they don’t send an invitation to everyone who’s signed up 🤷🏽‍♀️

OP posts:
goldpendant · 06/12/2019 22:39

Hahah @LemonGingerCakes I'm just watching it on catch up and laughing at the same thing....

"Get Brexit, done! Get Brexit, done!"

I don't like Corbyn either.
