Productive morning anyone?

Depends on your situation I suppose!

Who wants to join me in getting stuff done today? Curriculum day here. I’m self-employed. Planning on doing some tidying this morning and then knuckling down to some paid work this afternoon when DP has the children.

How’s your day looking? Want to join me in some housework? Or just lament the state of your own living quarters or rejoice in how organised your life, work and children are? All welcome!

I’m going to drag myself out of bed shortly and get the kitchen sides sorted.

We HAVE to be productive this morning (and this afternoon). We've put our house on the market and have an open day tomorrow.
Time to hide the clutter and clean, clean, clean!

ClientListQueen · 06/12/2019 07:37

Just arrived at work so that's productive!

HowlsMovingBungalow · 06/12/2019 07:40

Then its home to strip wallpaper (yawn ) but after that I'm picking my kids up from school and heading to the bakery.

Sat in bed with a cuppa at a friend's house - she's left for work while I contemplate the drive home...

Today I'm planning to go to the gym, clean the house then have my hair done before Xmas shopping this evening.

Off to a slow start here but at least I’m doing something. Why does it take so long to clean the kitchen when you’ve left it a few days Hmm

Carrying on......

I need to be super productive today! I WFH and have two projects that need to be more or less finished today. Also need to make a sausage casserole at some point, put clean bedding on the spare bed, whizz the hoover round and clean the bathroom - a friend is coming to stay for the weekend and arriving at about 6pm. Thankfully DH is also at home today so he's going to do half of whatever needs doing.

Diverted by children needing batteries, jars opened, bows tied and the like.

Feeling extremely dispirited as I’d wanted to get on with paid work asap. But OK. Plunging into housework again.
