What's made you laugh today?

I just cracked a really lame joke and laughed at myself. DH said how nice it was to hear me laugh and I am "only grumpy" these days (nicely meant - I'm just really stressed.
So what makes you laugh?
(I did also laugh while watching Danger Mouse earlier...)

My friend ordering a taxi, and when she was asked to spell out the road name, the lady on the phone asked her, "Is that S for Sarah ?"
And my friend replied, "no, my name is Amy"
Don't think she quite got it 😂

Reminds me of a conversation I had at work this week. I'm in the South East and I was telling her our address...

Me: ...Godalming
Her: Oh you'll have to spell that, I'm in the north of Scotland
Me: [spells out Godalming] ...Surrey
Her: Oh no need to apologise!

I made myself laugh when my mum with her bad eyesight swore blind her hedgehog friend was back in her garden and I asked "are you sure it wasn't a rat with a back - comb?". Well I thought it was witty.

I'm in Dubai for the Rugby 7s and as a frequent traveler through Dubai airport knows, they give out free copies of Time Out in the airport upon arrival.

Grabbing mine and relaxing in my bath, I came across the most hilarious review about this Christmas jumper:

I'm paraphrasing "who wants a kitten, sliding on a slice of pizza on a laser beam, towards holly and baubles.Just. Look. Wow."

My DD has a bit of a dodgy tummy today. She called for help from the bathroom for help and I asked what she wanted me to do?! She rather comically screeched, "JUST HELP ME!" I heard my neighbour laugh through the bedroom wall and that was it. I couldn't stop laughing for about 2mins! I offered her a hand hold through it in the end.😌

An older colleague of mine (we work in a school together) was telling me that she had been offered a year's contract in Peru. We had a good laugh about it and talked a bit more about the job.
I then asked if they provided accommodation, and she said no need as it was only down the road.
I then realised she had said 'PRU' (a specialist provision for those who cannot access mainstream school due to behaviour issues etc.)

Not so much laugh... but DS opened two doors on his chocolate advent calendar this morning (he forgot yesterday) and found 2 chocolates he knows I like and put them on my breakfast plate!

Oh DS read about Peru in a reading book and his mind was blown that it's a real place (he's a Paddington fan).
