Does anyone else feel like they've been kicked right up the fandango when they've got their period after having kids?!?!

I literally feel like a horse has kicked its hoof right up my choofter every time I come on and it's more than a tad uncomfortable- cramps aside- anyone else have this???

Yes, it feels very heavy and standing still is very uncomfortable (it’s better seated or whilst moving). I take ibuprofen every month and keep them on my bedside table as the pain wakes me up too 🙄

pemberlyshades · 05/12/2019 21:28

Thank you! I totally get the standing still thing! I don't normally tale painkillers for this but the heavy ness and the bruised feeling is awful!

pemberlyshades · 05/12/2019 22:06

Yes! I've been suffering with the same this week

youareasyoungasyoufeel · 05/12/2019 22:14

This is exactly why I had a section with my son and will do with any future children. Too posh to push u might say? Oh well I don't care as I'd rather my vagina didn't keep falling to shreds

pemberlyshades · 05/12/2019 23:00

Surely once it's done it's done? Like muscle memory? That's how it feels to me!

In terms of it being related to vaginal childbirth!

I’ve had two vaginal births and can’t say this is how I feel at all. Sounds rough though Flowers

Sparklingbrook · 05/12/2019 23:19

My DC are 20 and 17 and i still get that every now and again. Sad

TenPenceMix · 05/12/2019 23:21

Can't be a vaginal birth issue- I had 2 sections and can totally relate

pemberlyshades · 06/12/2019 00:26

Hmm ok so sounds like it's a post pregnancy issue then irrespective of method of birth... interesting! I've had some 🍷 and chocolate now so feeling less like I've been kicked up there- but still... every month it's unwelcome!
