Ordering from Victorias Secret

Can anyone help me? Have you ordered VS online?

I want to get my dd some stuff for Xmas from VS. I dont live near one of their shops so looked to order online

Am I right in thinking the website is based in the US so that's where the stuff will be shipped from? If so, it'll be subject to paying a duty tax? Got caught with that once before when I ordered a Kylie Jenner highlighter...dont want to get stung again! Thanks

I ordered a bikini in the same in the summer in two sizes as I wasn't sure what size top I needed. I'm pretty certain they came from
France. I returned one of the items and I'm also pretty sure it was free to return. I can't remember if it was a label in the parcel or I had to initiate the return online but I'm certain I didn't have to pay. Of course they may send different things from different places (like bloody Debenhams!).

I've ordered from there several times, They have an international site, you pay in UK£, the items are shipped from the US but the duty, taxes etc are included in the price, there will be no additional charges to pay.

The amount you pay includes any fees that are paid on your behalf. All fine if you keep everything in your parcel.

The bad news is that any returns need to be posted back, you can not take them into a store even for an exchange.

I believe that the returns are sent to France ( I may be wrong) the refund is then issued minus any duty or taxes that were paid on your behalf, you receive less than you paid for the the item.

I would recommend only ordering what you intend to keep.
