Family holiday to Florida next year. Have insurance but since bought I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and started medication. I know I have to ring & tell them.
I have also had back pain, mri showed nothing but had done physio all fairly sorted now.
Do I need to mention the back stuff?

I would, they might increase the premium a bit but if you don't mention it and try to make a claim they could declare the policy invalid and that could be catastrophically expensive in the US.

Yes, for if anything happens and there are undeclared issues (even if not directly relevant) it could potentially void your cover, and US is expensive and will require payment upfront for anything that isn't immediately risk of death

You need to mention all hospital tests. If no problem detected, fixed by physio, then there might not even be an addition charge.. there may well be now you are on long term BP meds to cover that
