Best high-calorie foods?

I could do with gaining half a stone. Going to pick up some nuts when I go shopping tomorrow. Any other calorie dense foods I could include in my shop?

I already eat full fat milk/cheese/yoghurt, dark chocolate, etc. I'm tired so can't think at the moment Smile thanks.

Peanut butter (on buttered toast).
Avacado (on buttered toast).
Full fat Greek yoghurt with honey.
Flapjacks.
Cauliflower or pasta with a cheese sauce.
Mashed potato or sweet potato made with butter and full fat milk.
Pancakes with lemon and sugar or maple syrup.
Pies and pastries.
Cakes and biscuits...
Tortilla chips and dips - guacamole, sour cream, etc.

If you've not got the energy to cook properly you can get frozen mash and cauliflower cheese in most supermarkets.

Milkybar little pot desserts have 110kcals in a tiny 60g pot, my ds has two a day, he's petite like me and only on the 9th percentile, until the pregnancy weight I was officially underweight no matter what I tried, huge bowls of coco pops multiple times a day when I was pregnant helped me gain weight
