What’s for tea tonight?

I’m struggling to think of something for tea, mainly due to the fact I just can’t be bothered to cook anything tonight.. But I’ll have starving kids to feed so I must, so what’s everyone having tonight?

Sweet potatoes jackets, although I'm currently leaning towards doing a curried parsnip soup instead

Pasta tortellini and sauce, maybe garlic bread if the 2 ravenous fiends will wait long enough for it to cook.

We’re all sick and no one feels like proper food so we’re breaking into the emergency supply...

Sheet of puff pastry topped with pesto, then all the leftovers out the fridge on top. Chicken, ham, feta, broccoli mozzarella. With some salad.

Cheese and spinach scrambled egg on toast is always a winner, in our house. When I can’t be arsed cooking.

Luckily I could be arsed yesterday and we’re having beef and veg stew with mash and green veg. Leftovers from yesterday.

Oh I’m getting hungry now! We had a big roast for tea last night so fancy something light for tea tonight, I’ve got plenty of ideas to go from now though

Chicken goujons in wraps with lettuce, spring onions, cucumber, tomatoes, and a bit of sweet chilli mayo. Delish and so easy.

Homemade pizza. Dough in the breadmaker, tomato and butternut sauce, small amount of Violife fake mozzarella on the DC's ones (milk allergy) and no cheese for me (BF DS2 and can't stand fake cheese) topped with spinach, egg and mushrooms.
