Trying to conceive at 45

Hi guys, is there anyone please who got pregnant naturally, with a help of Chinese medicine, or Ava bracelet at 45?
I have 7 year old DD, and falling pregnant with her was very quick and easy, but I have been trying for almost 4 years now and nothing.
Any comments would be appreciated.

Hi there, @Beatrix9 - we're just bumping this for you and hopefully someone will be along soon to share their experiences.

Best of luck to you. Flowers

I know people who've got pregnant naturally at around the 45 - 51 mark if this helps

Are you using an ovulation app? They seem to be pretty successful.

I got pregnant naturally at 44, no help at all. Good diet, exercise regularly and low stress. We'd been trying for almost a year, and I went to see my gp in the end, but she could sense how anxious I was, and said to do some relaxation.
I ended up conceiving at a time when work was least stressful!
Best of luck.

I know one woman who conceived naturally completely by accident she went to the doctors cause she thought she had the menopause.

Its a very small possibility but there's a chance, I wish you lots of luck

I used Ava! I thought it expensive for what it was.

Also look up Clear Blue Advanced Fertility Moniter. Its like a little hand held device that measures test strips and 'learns' your cycles so it takes away all the guess work. Not very many people seem to use it but that blows my mind as I found it so useful. I liked it way more.

Plenty of women do, some by accident. I went to the nurse hoping I didn't have to worry about contraception only to have my blood tests come back at the typical levels for a 20 year old (damn) my friend was 46 when her daughter was conceived naturally (so i should have been more careful, I'm not pregnant but only due to dates, not good judgement Grin I lecture my DD's on this)
