Firstly my thoughts go to those poor families in Samoa who have lost family - it has been mainly children and it hurts to see such a beautiful country and it’s people affected in this way. Access and information to healthcare there is very different to other parts of the world. My question here is - for those who prefer not to vaccinate in countries where access and information on vaccines are widely available, when you see what is happening in Samoa do you still feel that vaccines are not the answer for you. If so, why?

They rely on heard protection

They want you to vaccinate your kids so there’s have less chance of getting them

My grandmother is still alive and could tell stories of kids which whooping cough and measles. There wasn’t any nit solutions or antibiotics.

They were delighted these things came in and were available
