Medical history/c section

I am worried about the labour delivery. My medical history includes brain cancer 5 yrs ago. I fell down the stairs and car crash which fractured my back bones (L1 and L4) I take morphine for the back pain. Midwife advised me for c section which I agree! but she said obstetrician will decide. I do have an appointment coming up. But I am really worried he's going to tell me I should do normal delivery. I really believe c section is best for me with all this issues. Please help!

Don't stress, tell them! If that consultant says no, you can get referred to another

You'll be fine. I was also nervous but Consultant was happy to go with my views as long as I had thought about it and had reasons. It seems to be written as 'elective' C section even when your reasons are entirely medical.
