Help with Gift to USA

I have a friend in the US who I am struggling to chose a gift for. She is an 80yr old lady who lives in Arizona.
Have previously sent flowers, hamper type thing, Harrods tote, calendar, stationery, smellies.
Postage is extortionate so needs to be small and light ish.
Any inspiration welcome please.

No inspiration and with days running on to post would you use amazon.com? Or something similarly then postage will be much more reasonable and you could get it gift wrapped and it still would be cheaper.

Either a gift from within the US as suggested or (for low postage) a lovely silk scarf?
