Found video evidence of 16 yr Ds and his friends snorting a substance. He's told me it's mdma, I don't believe him.

You can but it's not the usual way of taking it. You'd normally wrap it in paper and have it as a "bomb" or dab it. It's more likely to be coke if anything.
