Help- 11 weeks pregnant

Hi, I am 11 weeks pregnant and yesterday and today I have had very light brown spotting and very dull mild lower stomach cramps. Is this normal or something to worry about?

Congratulations on your pregnancy. It could be nothing or potentially a miscarriage. In my experience of 5 pregnancies and 2 ending in miscarriage I had spotting during one of them and didn't miscarry.

The two miscarriages were different as I bled more, had clots and cramps were getting gradually worse. I have heard of friends who bled a lot and went on to have a healthy pregnancy and baby.

You could see your GP tomorrow and ask for an appointment for an early scan for reassurance.

I’ve had 4 healthy pregnancies (no mc) and had spotting in the first trimester in 2 of them. I called in to the EPU each time, had a scan and was reassured everything was ok. Get checked out, hopefully everything will be ok for you too.

Bleeding is incredibly common during oregnancy. Brown is really nothing to worry about. Red should be checked out but even that csn easily mean nothing. There is more blood flow to that area during pregnancy so it is much easier for a vein to break and leak during the growing/ kicking process.
