Really painful, appeared last Wednesday, anybody got a cream recommendation? Tried bongella but not sure if that will help

Go to the phamacist and they can recommend something!

(Cold sores are the shittingest things)

Thanks all, I was hoping more of an ulcer than cold sore, I’ve never had one before so hoped I was safe, although my lymph node on that side of my mouth has been inflamed so I guess it could be cold sore,

Will speak to the pharmacist
