I'm sure this is probably a stupid question but I can't figure it out. From an employability perspective, do employers take notice of whether you have a certificate or a diploma at CIPD? I am looking into taking it on and they both say that you can have associate membership.
I currently work as HR admin but no opportunity for development in HR where I work so if I do CIPD, I figure I can apply for more advanced roles.
