Pesto salmon, mini roasted potatoes with spinach and tender stem broccoli. Lush!

Thanks again! We ended up having chunks of ham, grated cheese, salad and coleslaw on wraps with Mexican rice and garlic bread. So easy and just what I needed. Four year old DS loved it and wolfed it down. All your ideas sound delicious hope you've all had / are having a lovely dinner x
