Baby sleeping at 3am!!!!!

My girl is cosleeping 11mo and lately she's decided to sleep at 3am!! I start bedtime routine from 9pm and turn off the lights when she's drowsy. But after sleeping 30 to 35 min she's ready to start off. She'll cry if I keep the lights off (after about an hour of fighting). Once the night light is on she'll get down from bed and play play play until she wants to come back for a quick feed. Then it's play play play till 3am. 2 nights ago she slept at 6am. I have tried cutting her naps from 3 to 1, cutting them short, waking her early, feeding her plenty, letting her practice walking through the day to tire her, rocking, white noise, carrying, singing, etc etc etc, with NO results. I am at my wits end as I get nothing done. 3 of her teeth have just cut through and she is learning to walk with support but this sleep issue has been going on for more than 2 months. I am letting her do her thing for now but this needs to change if I am ever to go back to work. Also because she is staying up I don't know if I should be fitting in another meal between 11 to 3am as the last meal is around 9pm(Wouldn't that be amazing?) She was able to sleep 5 hrs from 2 months without needing feed but is constantly only the breast now through the night. She'll wake up immediately if she cant feel me next to her. Please somebody help me.

I'm a single mom living with parents and I need to go back to full-time employment. This would mean doing night shifts and on calls. My parents are in full-time employment themselves and can't help with that. I am concerned about what will happen to her at nights. Also I'm not keen on CIO, I tried before and no one could stand it at home. I felt like a horrible parent. I still feel like a horrible parent when I hear people's children going to bed at 7 and waking up at 7, sleeping through the night and going back to sleep with just shush and pat's. Mine will lower herself to breast level when I try to rock and pat her. She's a darling and I don't have any other issues apart from her sleep ... And feeding.

She is far too young for only one nap. Maybe try 2 a day

What's her full days routine at the minute?
